operate my webcam?

Your WebCam should have come with software to use it.

It did, but it sucks. I was wondering if Microsoft

I dont think Office has anything. I think XP has
Netmeeting for Web Cams. I think you have to install it
under the install Windows Components in Add/Remove
Programs.
