Webclient Services -V- the Explorer View

Thought Michael had solved this problem for me but it seems only
temporariliy. Having followed Michael's advice I checked the client
machine's "WebClient" service which was started and set to automatic. I
stopped the service and then started it again and this solved my problem, but
next time I started my machine the same problem re appeared. The same
solution works but is there anyway I can make this fix permanent? For
clarity each time I start the client PC Weblient services are running and are
set to automatic.

Thanks
Martin

Hi Martin.

Make sure the CLIENT machine has the "WebClient" service started and set to
Automatic.

Hope this helps.

Thanks for the pointer Gary. I'm not sure I undersatnd the question "What
identity is the service running under?" but I will try to check through the
domain security policy to see if I can resolve it that way.
