Webfolders SPS2001 do not open when Office2003 Beta+tech refresh installed

I have a problem opening webfolders on SharepointPortal
Server 2001 after installing the technical Refresh to
office 2003. This seems to be a common Problem as seen on
MS-SPS2001 Newsgroups.

I tried to uninstall office an reininstall without the
refresh. Still I cannot access webfolders.

Any hint welcome ;)
