weboutlook not creating icon correctly

Hi all,
just setup exchange 2010 using weboutlook. The user can type in the url and
get to weboutlook but when she creates a shortcut icon to it, it tries to
load the page but then hangs.
Any suggestions on how to fix this? I checked to make sure the icon showed
the correct path.
