WebOutlook not sending noticfication of new email

Hi all,
We just started using WebOutlook with our new exchange server. There is an
option to check so that a notification is sent when new mail arrives. It is
not working. Is this suppose to work when you have the WebOutlook miminized?

Outlook Web Access (OWA) is part of Exchange and not Outlook. It's feature
set greatly depends on the version of Exchange that you are using.
OWA is discussed in the exchange.clients newsgroup. This newsgroup is
dedicated to Microsoft Office Outlook.
