Webpage cells change size when viewed in IE

I created a series of web pages with the same template. I inserted some
pictures and text and in the Frontpage design and preview they are fine,
however when I open them in IE the cells that contain the pictures vary in
height.

Wassup with that?

Only you can know because we don't know your site address nor do we know
your html tags used or even styles created. Is it asking too much for a
site address? You can use Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet text so that non
latin speakers don't understand what are you about!!
