Webpage for Access 2007 Table

I'm developing a small intranet at work and I'm trying to create a web page
interface/form for data in access tables. While I have SharePoint Designer
2007, I don't have any of the server software.

I can't seem to export an Access table to a SharePoint site that isn't on a
SharePoint server. I don't want the user to have to leave my web-based
intranet to open up Access but I want to give the users the ability to edit
data, soemthing that can't be done by simply added an Access form in
SharePoint Developer.

Is there a work-around for this?
