WebPart Project Center in WSS

I am using WSS on Win2003 and running ProjectServer on same machine. When I
add the WebPart Project Center to the page, it displays error 404, page not
found. I was getting the 403 error until I removed asp from the restricted
files list. Any ideas on how to get the 404 to go away?
