webservice get user by account name??

Hi

I want to default a users managers name into a form. Unfortunately
programming is unavailable but I am able to edit xpath.

At the moment if I insert:
fs:dataFields/s0:GetUserProfileByNameResponse/s0:GetUserProfileByNameResult/s0:propertyData[s0:Name = "Manager"]/s0:Values/s0:ValueData/s0:Value
into a fields default Vaule formula (after checking 'edit xpath' the field
default value is populated with the managers user account. Can anyone suggest
a way I can get the managers name (I also want to populate WorkPhone to
another control default value)
