I try to access webservice from InfoPath using a https connection. This
works fine until I publish the form and try to open it, regardless,
whether it is signed, published or just saved. Infopath errors :
The following DataObject either cannot be created or cannot be
initialized: getProjects
The query cannot be run for the following DataObject: getProjects
InfoPath cannot run the specified query.
InfoPath either cannot connect to the data source, the service has
timed out, or the server has an invalid certificate.
Which is strange in several ways :
- I can access the webservice while designing the form
- The form works fine, when previewing it.
- The form works even fine when using it from the published location,
IFF I leave the form open in design mode, after previewing it.
- The same form accessing the development webservice (without SSL)
works fine.
The IIS is located in our intranet, which is trusted.
