Website built with Publisher.

I have created a website using Publisher 2003 DHTML Studio (for dynamic
menus) When I view - load on computer used to create, even when live, it
appears as original creation, it works. When viewing on any other computer
the site loads slow and the pictures load left to right when they are suppose
to load top to bottom and they also reposition themselves. How can I fix
this. Please advise. Thanks.
