website problem is it frontpage?

I am trying to create a database website for a company that I work for. When
i do the database editor I can connect to the sql server and my submission
form works but if I try to edit data I get this error on the web page...

Database Results Wizard Error
Description: Incorrect syntax near the keyword 'DEFAULT'.
Number: -2147217900 (0x80040E14)
Source: Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server

I own and administer the webserver and the sql server
