Hello,
Recently, my Frontpage 2003 started to give me a strange problem. Whenever
I try to publish new information or pages into a website, it gives me the
following error:
Unable to open...
It then lists four possible causes for the error.
1. The server may not have Frontpage Extensions installed.
(I know this is false b/c I've been publishing to this site for some time,
and I'm still able to publish from other computers.)
2. The webserver may be temporaily out of service.
(I know that this cannot be true b/c I can still access the site and publish
to it from other computers.)
3. The proxy settings may not be correctly set.
(I'm fairly sure that this is where my problem exists. I don't know much
about proxy settings and how to correctly set them though.)
4. An error may have occured in the webserver.
(Thjis can't be b/c I'm able to publesh from other computers.)
If anyone has any suggestions or knows how to fix this error, It would be
much appreciated. Thanks.
