I posted a question on alt.html which started off as a request for the
'correct' place to keep my css files. As all threads do, it drifted off to a
general discussion of website structure which seemed very sound IMO.
I have all my html pages in my root folder and my images in a sub-folder.
Since there are scores of pages and hundreds of images, identification is
getting a little taxing.
The suggestion that I keep like pages in individual folders and the relavent
images with them is very good, but you can imagine how long it will take to
do that.
I have found in the past that if I use the 'open' command in Frontpage to
change the name of a file then FP changes the name wherever it occurs on the
site (clever stuff) AND I can create new folders by the same method. However
I don't seem to be able to drag pages or images into the folder. Is there a
way I can do this?
