I have about 80 tasks on my task list in 4 differnt catagories. They
display fine in outlook but OWA doesnt seem to support the grouping by
catagory.

Is there a website that my home PC can sync up with that will display
my tasks grouped by catagory?

I don't know of such a public website solution, but if you email me, I can
provide you with a commercial site that will provide you with a resolution
that will allow you to sync any of your outlook data.

If your usenet reader filters out my email address you can email me at
(ljames at apollo3.com). If you use the topic of this thread your email
message would be easier flagged for my attention.

Well, that isn't too suspicious. Why not just post the site? I don't think
anyone should just send an email to someone in a situation like this.
Sounds too sketchy.

That said, to the original poster: Do you know what version of Exchange is
running at Work? What brand/model of cellphone do you have? There are
numerous devices you can sync tasks to that might give you the function you
want.

I outsouce my email to mailstreet.com. They use the latest version
of exchange. I actually sync to my treo and that works great as there
are some nice applications for the treo that display the tasks in a
great format.

I have a guy that works with me, I use catagories to seperate taks
that either him or I could do. At the start of the day I give him a
print out but I would rather give him a place where he can view update
the tasks in real time without just giving him regular outlook access
to my email.

I am looking for someting that can sit on my home pc and push any
tasks udpates up or a web application that can hook in and sync tasks
but display in a better format that OWA

Hurm. Well, that is a tricky thing.
http://www.mapilab.com/outlook/email_archiver/ looks like it might be able
to do it, you'd have to manually publish the html, but it might work if
configurable enough.

Otherwise, I could imagine that it'd be possible to program this sort of
thing if you were so inclined.

I didn't post the information to the site because I wasn't trying to change
this group to alt.sales.

I wasn't trying to advertise, but to give a pay solution if the user didn't
find something alternate and free.
