Week sataring on Saturday

I am trying to get the timesheet view through PWA show the week start on
Saturday. I have made the change in PWA to make the week start on Saturday,
however the timesheet view still shows the week starting on Sunday.

Any ideas on how i can modify which day the week starts on in PWA?
