week1 and week2

At school we have a 2 week timetable. I have recurring appointments
(lessons) in week 1 and different recurring appointments (lessons) in week 2
which I know how to set up in Outlook. I normally do this for the first half
term and then repeat the process at the beginning of the second half term,
etc. but this a lengthy and laborious process. If I try to set it up for
the whole year using the recurrance feature then if there is a holiday week
then it becomes out of sync ie week 1 appointments (lessons) appear in week 2
and vice versa.
How can I easily move a whole week's worth of recurring appointments to the
following week so it is in the right sequence
eg End Week2 1Week Holiday Start Week 1
