Help!

Project Standard 2003, No project server...

I have a multi-project schedule, with one resource pool...

I am trying to schedule weekends for 3 particular resources inside of one
project. I am going to Tools | Change Working Time, and choosing the proper
resource(s) from the 'For' pulldown. I am then setting the weekend days to
working days by selecting them, choosing 'non-default working time' entering
the weekend working hours accordingly.

The problem is, when i save, close, and reopen the schedule, the weekends I
set to be working times reset back to non working times.

What am I doing wrong?

Willis --

You need to change the calendars for the resources in the resource pool and
not in the project. Open the resource pool Read/Write and then adjust their
calendars. Hope this helps.
