Weekly report

I'd like to print a weekly report that covers all email, phone-log, business
note activity for all relevant contacts that had activity for that week. Is
this possible in BCM? I take it there is no customization of reports....Does
Microsoft have a product that would allow me to do what I've asked?

Try going to Business Tools, Reports, Business Contacts, Business Contact
History.
After the report is generated, you can click on the Modify Report toolbar
and change the date range to your desired week. Does this get you what you
need?
