Weekly report

Hi,

Is it possible to get a report showing time booked to each project in an
enterprise each week? (to the minute data)

Hello Karen,

Have you tried the Resource Usage view?
Open all the projets, insert the "Project" column in the Resource usage
view, set you timescale to the week...

Hi Gérard,

Problem is I have over 100 projects, I was hoping that the resource Usage
view in the global enterprise pool might be able to show me that info (as it
is not practical to open every project) but that doesn't work unfortunately.

Any other ideas?

Use Portfolio Analyzer. Select the pivot table and drag Project from the
field list into the Row, drag Actual Work into the Data Fields and Time into
the Column Fields.

Hi,
There is no "Week" in the Time dimension of Portfolio analyzer, but you can
get it with the Bogdanov Associates PAE:
