Hello, I'm trying to figure out a way to allow users to select their name from a list if they are the person adding the weekly report. I have a table on a word document that is setup with different headings. The Responsible Individual will have 10 persons names. I want a list to allow them to scroll through and then select the name(s) that are contributing to the discussion. Is there a way that I can do this? I have tried a list and a combo list but i can't get multiple selections, i can only select one person. I will attach my document, any help will be appreciated. Word 2013.
