Weeks definition in OLAP Cubes in 2007

In Project, we have defined the weeks as starting on Monday. This is also
the way we have our Timesheet Periods defined. Is there a way to define the
Time dimension for Weeks in the OLAP cubes to also be Monday - Sunday? It
seems like it is always defined as Sunday-Saturday.
