weeks displayed in gant charts to start on a Monday rather than Su

I'm trying to change the start of the weeks displayed in Gant charts to
Mondays.

For example the date sat the time of my Gant chart state the 13th and I want
them to say the 14th, 21st, etc...

On a similar veign does anyone know how to replace the actual dates w/ the
generic week 1, week 2, week 3.
