Weird Chinese Error Message

We have a user that gets two error messages that are in an Asian language
when initially opening up word.
Because this is a roaming profile on the network, she gets this error no
matter where she logs in and, other than Spanish, no other languages are
installed on any machine.

After the clicking OK through the messages, it works fine. I've deleted the
normal.dot but it remains.

Any ideas??

Sounds more like the roaming profile is corrupt. Delete and create a new
one.

Yes, it was in her profile. I recreated the profile locally and the error
went away. Too bad I couldn't isolate the cause.

Agreed. But my few skirmishes with corrupt roaming profiles have always been
a complete waste of time, never getting a result: that's why I advised
deleting it!
