Weird error in email notification.

I had a user that got the following email. Usually the link wouldd take him
to the task update page but it's taking him to the resource assignment page.
Has anyone else gotten an error like that?

The following tasks are overdue and incomplete.

Strange things can happen all over the system when you use illegal
characters in project names. The dash might be causing some code to misfire.
