weird favocon thing in Netscape

I made a Calendar on Powweb.com. Afer I did that, a calendar icon shows in
the address bar, but only in Netscape. Later I created a favicon which seems
to be working fine in IE, but I still get the calendar in Netscape. I looked
at the html of every page on my site and most of them did have a similar line
of code to the favicon line, which I deleted. It didn't affect anything. I
still see the calendar icon. Any insights? The site is gbesgeo.org

I'll reply to my own post. This is not too big a deal I guess, because I just
looked at it in my husband's version of Netscape, and he sees the correct
favicon. And I opened Foxfire and I get the right favicon. So it's just my
kooky old Netscape that does it.

I believe favicons persist until the internet temp files are cleared.
This is true of Internet Explorer, and probably of Netscape as well. Of
course, there are two different sets of these files, one for each program.
