Weird Header printing with email

When I print an email out there is a weird header in the upper left. It was
the same thing printing with Word until I deleted the normal.dot.
Now word prints and saves okay.
When I print an email out it shows up on the left side of every page.
On the right side it says 1 of 3 and so on. Is there a template Outlook
uses? I am looking to stop this strange header from printing off with the
email.
