This is kind of confusing. I have a lady here at work that has been having
some weird problems. Awhile back she was looking up Bible Versus and picked
one out. Did an old copy/paste on word. I have no clue how she saved it.
Months pass and she finally sees me about about this problem. Everytime she
opens up Word and goes to Save As, It defaults to John4. Any document she
gets it prints out with that little header in the upper left John 4:9-12.
Anyway I deleted her Normal.dot which solves the Word problem. However when
going to print out an email she gets that same header. Every email. You can
only see it when it's printed. Not on the preview or anything. Does anyone
know what is causing this? Is there some template Outlook is pulling up? Help
