I have a client who received an email with 5 attachments, the attachments are
email messages. The attachments icons show up as the window's logo on the
white page, not the normal outlook envelope. When anyone else opens the email
we are able to open the attachments no problem and they are in fact emails.
But the one client who has the windows logo, when she tries to open the
attachment an error pops-up saying "Object could not be found." But if you
right click on the attachment and save it you can open it, and it will open
like an email. We are running off of an exchange server, and this is the
first issue I have ever heard of and issue like this. I have checked this
clients options and setup against my own and I cannot find anything different
that would cause an issue like this. If anyone has any type of suggestions
please let me know!
