A co-worker keeps getting an odd message in some of her e-mails (but not
all). It happens when someone responds to an e-mail she has sent and includes
her original signature block in the reply.
An example is posted below:
Thanks!
<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-comfficeffice"
/>******************************
<?xml:namespace prefix = st 1 ns =
"urn:schemas-microsoft-comffice:smarttags" />JaneDoe,
ExecutiveSupportAssociate
OurBusiness Title
123 Any Street - Anytown, USA 12345-6789
As you can see, her name and title run together, as do the first two words
of the next line following, but the rest of the sig block is fine. When she
sends the message from her computer, it looks fine, and she sent me a test
message, which looked alright on my end.
What is causing this (the run togethers and the strange messages)? is it
something on her computer or on the computer that is sending the reply? Is
there a way to stop this from happening?
Thank you in advance for any advice you have to offer.
