Weird PWA/Outlook Issue

This is a strange one. I have PWA 2003 integrated with Outlook 2003. This
morning a resource showed me duplicate PWA tasks her Outlook Calender. This
is bad, but whats even worse is that the duplicates were created using the
regular Outlook Calender form. She has one good PWA task in her Outlook
calendar and up to 4 duplicates that were created using the regular, 2 tab
Outlook Calender form.

Any ideas out there?????

Does she see duplicate tasks on her PWA timesheet as well? Has the PM saved
the project as an .mpp file and then inadvertently published the .mpp
project? Just some ideas. Perhaps the others will have some
questions/solutions for you as well.

Hi Dale,

No, the resource only has the one task in her worksheet in PWA. Everything
on the Project side looks fine. I have had her delete out the weird non-PWA
form entries and they have not re-appeared.

I am assuming that the PWA applet in Outlook tells the system which Outlook
calendar form to use, it astounds me that it is even possible. The duplicates
even carried all the PWA data behind the scenes that the real task had.
