Weird right-justification problem with Entourage

Hi All,

I hope you can help me. All of a sudden Entourage is making my text in
the subject line right-justified, so that I can't read all of it when
I type it in. It also does that with someone else's subject line when
I hit "reply." That started yesterday. This morning, it started doing
the same thing with addresses in the "to" line when I start a new e-
mail. It has also changed the font size in my "to" line. What's going
on? I Googled the problem and saw something on a list from a few years
about a "right-justified virus on Entourage," or something like that.
Can't find anything about it on the Microsoft site.

Can you help?

Thanks!

Kathy

I can¹t remember the details but this bug was fixed in an update. I just
know the bug was removed from the Entourage Help Page because it no longer
existed. Try updating and see if the problem goes away.

Wasn't it caused by an incompatibility between Entourage and the Shutterfly
plug-in?

Michael, this is helpful info. I just added the Shutterfly plug-in
recently, and then it started happening right after that. I never
thought about there being a possible connection. I'll see if I can
dump the plug in.

Thanks!

Hi Kathy,

before you remove the Shutterfly plug-in, see if the update of both
Entourage and the Shutterfly plug-in does not make the problem go away. As
Diane said, the problem was solved at some stage, so you might want to make
sure both components are entirely up-to-date.
