weird things happening with preview pane

Hi,

Running outlook 2003 through exchange 2003. I have about twenty users who
when they receive an email message no text appears in the preview pane. So
they open the email and still no text but the weird thing is if they click
reply on the email message the email text then appears.

Any ideas?

Check the View, encoding in the blank message.
