Welsh proofing tools

Hi there.
I have a problem.
I've changed over to Vsta 64bit.

I have Office XP and am very happy to continue using it.

As you may well know, Outlook XP is not compatiable with Vista, it doesn't
remember pop3 account passwords necessitating entering them everytime
OutlookXP is started. I find this very annoying but from a little searching
I've discovered it's a security based decision and that it's unlikely to be
rectified by MS (am I correct and if so, would it be so incredibly difficult
to just patch this problem?).

It seems that the only way to solve this is to upgrade Office.

As most of my work is in Welsh, the Welsh proofing tools are needed, which
were supplied as a free download for Office xp.

I've discovered that Office 2003 has a Multilingual Interface Pack, of which
Welsh Proofing tools are included. Where would I get one of these packs in th
UK? Am I correct in thinking that Office, specifically Outlook 2003, would
operate correctly with Vista (or is it only Office 2007 that works)?

Does Office 2007 include Welsh proofing tools or is there a Office 2007
Multilingual User Interface Pack which contains the Welsh proofing tools?
I've looked, but I can't seem to find any Welsh proofing for 2007. If this is
so, there's no point in obtaining this version.

Why don't Microsoft sort out the problem with Ofice XP, I'm sure it would'nt
be that difficult for them.

What should I do, cheapest option please.
Thanks,
Gerallt.

Thanks for the reply.
Would it be possible to only install Outlook 2003 on to Office XP?

Does anyone know if the new Office 2007 has the Welsh proofing tools?

Thanks,
Gerallt.
