I was told I need to install a plug-in to run Workgroups
via e-mail. Where can I download the WGSetup.exe file for
MS Project 2000. I have MS project, just not access to
the CD Rom.

I don't think you can - you'll have to get hold of the CD - or contact
Microsoft.
