We are in a corporate environment and would like to setup workgroup messaging
for collaborating MS Project information via MS Outlook. Please let us know,
where we have to install the 'WGSetup.exe' file. Is this file should be
installed on the MS Outlook Exchange server or on each of the workgoup
member's work station.

It goes on each workstation as well as the PC where MS Project and the data
files reside. It's an add-in for Outlook that allows it to read the
messages coming from Project's workgroup tools.
