What "550 Please configure mail client to use authentication"

When I send email to one particular address I am getting message: "The
following recipient(s) could not be reached:.... 550 Please configure your
mail client to use authentication."
My email outgoing server has checked box "...requires authentication" and
selected radio button "login on to incoming server before sending mail." I
have this problem with this particular address only.

Any help?
