What about tables in Onenote?

How can one create a table in onenote. Sometimes it is needed.
Maybe there must be some connection with word or excel engines, to make
complicated tables inside onenote.
I cannot past table from word also

You can create primitive tables in OneNote by using the tab key.

Otherwise create your table in Word and paste it. Curious to know why you
think you can't paste it.

You can only paste them as pictures or else the table layout seems to be all
over the place. Is there a way to paste it and not lose the columns?
