What add-in do i need to download to create Office plans in visio

Can anyone please tell me what i need to download to create office plans in
visio?

I go to New-> but i am not given the option to create a Building plan.

Any help would be much appreciated

office layout comes in both the standard an pro versions of visio.
everything else in bulding plan requires professional. If you're not seeing
the section it may not have been installed.
