What "address books" can Word use?

I'm trying to set up an address book that I can access from
within Mac Word to automatically print envelopes and the
like. Does anyone know what contact programs can be used
for this task? (Do I have to get Mac Outlook?)

I never use this, but I woudl guess it simply uses the Address book Entourage
provides...

The Address Book available in Tools menu, and which populates the Contacts
toolbar features, AutoText entries, etc. all come fro the Entourage address
book. You already have Entourage in your copy of Microsoft Office 2004, X or
2001. (If you're really retro and still using Word 98, you can check a
setting to use the address book of Outlook Express 5.) Entourage provides a
very good Address Book, with many fields for custom data.

PLEASE always state which version of Entourage you are using - **2004**, X
or 2001. It's often impossible to answer your questions otherwise.
