What and where can I get required installation file Y1561403.CAB?

When I attempt to print or access a word document I get the error message " A
required installation file Y1561403.CAB could not be found". I don't know
what happened to this file as it was part of my initial XP OS installation
and things worked great until all of a sudden this error began appearing.
Is there a way to recover this file without having to reinstall my entire XP
OS?

Regedit (start menu -> run -> type regedit)
Ifound this tip while looking for an other missing cab file while doing a
custom install of Office Pro plus 2007
Expand HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -> Software -> Microsoft -> Office -> 11.0 ->
Delivery
There should be only 1 directory under Delivery, which is your DownloadCode
(mine was 90000409-6000-11D3-8CFE-0150048383C9). Select that directory. On
the right side of the screen, right-click on CDCache. Change the value to 0.
Do this before installing office restart your computer then you may get a
further warning but it can be ignored.
