What are properties of the display icons in Calender enteries?

I have a few people that have a few problems on outlook calender, they have a
few enteries that have little black clocks on them and they have no idea what
they are there for. They all have the same enteries but some have the clocks
and others do not.

The first thing to do is right-click on a blank area of the calendar and
choose Other Settings. See if the "Show time as clocks" boxes are checked.
