What are table attributes that prevent Submit to ->Database?

Sorry if this is a redundant question to some other posts, but I was
hoping someone could clarify what might be preventing me from
submitting my Infopath form to a specific table in my Access database.
When I go through the steps to set up a submit form/button to one table
in my database, it works fine. But for several other (more complex)
tables, the database option doesn't show up in the Submit button
dialog.

I've seen some other posts indicating issues with primary keys, and
data types...what are the potential attributes of my table that might
be causing this? I'm a novice Infopath user and am NOT a developer, so
I appreciate anyone's help with this!
