What are your best Rule examples for filtering the Spam that gets through?

I'm trying to flag some of the spam that is now getting through to my
Inbox. Up until a few months ago, it was working great, but now three
types of spam are getting through, at the rate of about 20 per day.
These spam have three basic categories:

1. refinancing
2. male enhancement (Viagra, Cialis)
3. Paypal/bank requests for passwords

I'm using Entourage 2004, with the Junk Protection set to High

I *think* the best way is to set up a Rule. Since the Subject and
Sender rarely are accurate reflections of the content (and constantly
changing), I think I need to avoid "Subject" and "From." Instead, I
think the best would be to set up criteria uses "If any criteria are
met", and Message Body Contains . (My *Then...* would be Change Status
to Junk ,and Move Message to Junk).

My question: Do I need to set up separate Message Body Contains for
each word, or can I put a string of known content words in one of them,
such as :

Cialis, confidentiality, Professional Edition, Suspension

Also, if I put Message Body Contains : Professional Edition, will
Entourage flag both emails that contain just one of those words? i.e.,
if a friend writes about the edition of his new book, will that get
flagged?

Anyway, you get the idea. I'm really just looking for the way you all
set up a Rule or Rules to deal with the junk that seems to get through,
and does have a pattern of recognition to it.

Thanks.
