what causes the cpu to reboot when I try to print from Visio 2003

I have created a file using Visio 2003 but everytime that I try to send the
file to the printer, the CPU reboots.

Make sure you're on the latest service pack for Visio, Windows Updates are
run, test with another printer, and check if Windows is 32-bit or 64-bit.
There are some issues with Visio 2003 and 64-bit windows.
