what do I do after downloading "orktools.exe" ?

[some problem in using terminal services]

I download orktools.exe and I executed it By terminal services. then I try to
install ofiice 2000
but there is an error that "some default setting in Microsoft office 2000
setup do not work properly on a windows terminal server.to install office on
Terminal Server, you must use the instructions and tools available in your
office 2000 Resource Kit"
and I don't know what I have to be done please help me
