What do I do if my new product key isn't being accepted?

I lost my COA and newly reordered a product key from the Microsoft site. I
followed the instructions from the site and Office's help steps, but whenever
I enter in the new product key, it tells me that it is the wrong one. Is
there anything I can do or will I have to find the original COA?

Are you sure that you're entering it correctly? "B" and "8" look a lot
alike? Otherwise you'll probably need to call MS.
