What Do I need to Do to Disable Print/Copy?

Sam

We created an Access 2003 db (soon to be converted to Access 2007) that
contains sensitive information we need to disable printing/copying of the
db but allow users to add/delet data to/from the records in the db.
.. Is this possible?
The db is maintained on a network.

Thanks

While you can remove the Print option from the menu (or ribbon) and set
AutoKeys macros to intercept the shortcut keys such as Ctrl-P, there's no
way you can prevent them from using a screen capture program (or a camera)
to get the information. Similarly, it's not really possible to prevent
copying the database.

We have Digital Rights Management which can enable/disable different rights.
I've never used DRM but I'l look into it.

Don't think it'll make any difference with Access.

Good luck!
