The first time I installed and opened Microsoft Outlook, it asked me for my
Postoffice (one word), my id and password. I do not know what my postoffice
is or where to find it. Any help would be much appreciated.

This is a remnant of Outlook trying to access a Microsoft Mail account.
WHat version of Outlook are you installing?
