What do I use to open a webarchive file?

I am having a problem opening a webarchive file I have been sent. What
program should I be using; is there an add-in or some other necessary file(s)
I need to download or update?

Hi Anthony,

If the file you received is an .MHT file then either Internet Explorer or the Office app that created it should be able to open it,
although it sometimes may seem quite slow in doing so.
